Retro Arcade Hub is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may play the games, read the articles and share links to any page.

- Attempt to interfere with the site's operation or security

2. The games
The games are provided as-is for entertainment. They run entirely in your browser and require no installation. We make no guarantee that any particular game will work on any particular browser, device or operating system, though we aim to support current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari.
Game scores are stored in your own browser. We do not hold a copy, we cannot recover them if they are lost, and clearing your browser data will delete them.
3. Intellectual property
All games, source code, artwork, written content and design on this site are original works created for Retro Arcade Hub and are protected by copyright. All rights are reserved unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The games are inspired by the design principles of classic arcade gaming. They do not reproduce, and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to, any commercial game, publisher or trademark holder. Any genre names used are descriptive.
4. Acceptable use
This site contains no user-generated content, no comments, no uploads and no messaging. The only channel through which you can send us content is the contact form or email, and we ask that you use it in good faith.
5. External links
Where we link to external websites, we do so because we consider them useful. We have no control over their content, availability or practices, and a link does not imply endorsement. Visiting a third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site's own terms.
6. Advertising
The site may display third-party advertising. Advertisements are clearly labelled and kept separate from gameplay and navigation. We do not control advertisement content and do not endorse advertised products or services. Any transaction you enter into with an advertiser is between you and them.
