We do not claim that playing these games will improve your reflexes, cognition, hand-eye coordination, memory or any other general ability. Reaction time measurements
Neon Reflex reports a reaction time in milliseconds. This is a rough figure for tracking your own change over time within that game. It is not a clinical measurement: it includes input device latency, display refresh delay and browser timing overhead, none of which we control or can correct for. Do not treat it as a medical or diagnostic result.
